Dell traditionally doesn’t attempt anything new, they just do the wait and watch act and once they set their eye on a product from a competitor, do their best job re-inventing a product from a competitor, package it in the best possible way with a great price. Such is the case with Dell Studio Hybrid, Dell’s answer to the niche segment of Ultra Small PC’s.

Dell Studio Hybrid is ultra small, sexy, customizable, and is a great choice for a living room PC. Spec wise it could be configured with a top-end Intel Core2Duo Processor, up to 4GB RAM, 320 gigs hard drive, a blue-ray drive with Microsoft Windows Vista.

When compared to a Mac Mini it’s definitely configured better and priced lesser. Dell also advertises as Dell’s most greenest PC ever, which is true as it would ideally consume 50% less power than your regular desktop. If you are planning to build a home theater PC around your HDTV, Dell Studio Hybrid is a great choice since it includes a HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) Port which the Apple Mac Mini lacks.

Dell has finally realized the importance of innovative next-gen product design. The new studio line of products is an example of the things that could be expected from Dell from now on.

On the whole, if you want to stick on to just windows (or maybe linux) and want a new stylish ultra small PC for a clutter free desktop, the Dell Studio Hybrid is for you.
